Vernon Gardens changed ownership in 2014 and has made immense improvements over the last four years. Beginning in 2014, Management launched the Green Property Initiative, during which more environmentally and economically sound equipment was installed. A few examples of this progress include new Hi-Efficiency boilers, brand new windows, new entryway doors, new laundry rooms (29 washers, 29 dryers, 11 change boxes), and the planting of over 240 new trees throughout the complex.
Our apartments have been thoroughly and beautifully remodeled. Our apartment homes are equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel and energy-efficient appliances, new easy-close wood cabinets, and a microwave over the flat cooktop stove. We offer units with gorgeous hard wood floors, wood vinyl floors & ceramic tile floors. Newly remodeled bathrooms with tile surround tubs & glass sliding doors. We installed energy-efficient, easy-clean windows, and energy-efficient AC units. Our community offers spacious floor plans, with plenty of storage space and closets. Each building has coin-operated laundry facilities, with a coin machine. We also have security surveillance cameras in our laundry rooms and on the outside of all our buildings. We have an onsite property manager & maintenance crew to ensure a quick response to your needs.
At Vernon Gardens, the value is all-inclusive. Your heat and hot water cost are included in the rent, and tenants receive assigned parking spaces near their apartment.
